Late Arrivals:

We understand that there are times when you may be running late. Please call us if you arrive more than 10 minutes late so we can arrange the schedule for your Service and confirm that we can still accommodate you. We will do our best to do so, but if we cannot, we will work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please make sure to give us a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. If a client has 2 or more less than 24-hour cancellations, we may require a credit card to be kept on file to hold the appointment. 

A cancellation fee may be charged for any further late cancellations. Cancellation notices must be given earlier for some services such as for Bridal Packages. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges.

Keratin Treatments, extension applications, and color corrections require a deposit before booking as they are services requiring an extensive amount of time. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled within 48 hours.

Please make any cancellations and changes via phone during business hours. Email and voicemail are for general inquiries that are not time-sensitive.

Bridal Packages:

Our bridal packages include and are limited to one “practice session” only which is described above as preparation makeup application with eyelash extensions and preparation bridal style. Additional practice sessions are available for a la carte pricing. Our bridal packages require a reservation before the appointment date.

We collect full payment for all bridal services, including applicable travel fees, to reserve your bridal dates. Additionally, only 50% of the full payment is refundable for cancellations, as long as the cancellations are submitted in writing/email at least 90 days before the bride’s first reservation date.

100% of the payment is non-refundable for cancellations that are made within 90 days of the bride’s reservation. Finally, please note that any or all services performed within Westport Hair & Co. must be performed by a licensed professional only. We are unable to allow participants to do their services within our establishment.

Waxing:

If you are on any medications that may cause skin sensitivity and/or if you have had an allergic reaction to previous waxing treatments you must disclose this information before your appointment.

Under these circumstances, it is best to consult with a physician before scheduling this service and we reserve the right to refuse service. You may be asked to sign an agreement before your first waxing appointment.

Payments:

We accept cash and all major credit cards and checks. We regret that we can not accept gratuities in checks or credit cards.

Returns:

Unopened products with a receipt may be returned for a full refund within 15 days. If you do not have a receipt you will receive a product credit towards a new purchase.

Satisfaction Top Priority:

We do not refund services. If for any reason you are unhappy with your services please contact the salon within 7 days. We want you to be happy with our services and will do our best to make that happen.

We cannot, however, perform any correction(s) if the client chooses to visit another salon before allowing us to correct the problem.

Please note, however, that chemical services will be guaranteed ONLY when products recommended by salon technicians and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair.
